步驟:
1.麵粉+可可粉先過篩
2.蛋白用電動打蛋機打起
3.分數次加入砂糖以電動打蛋機拌勻
4.加入粉類以膠刮拌勻
5.加入牛油溶液以膠刮拌勻

6.倒入模具至八成滿
