1.寒天/大菜絲10g $8.9
2.紅豆100g $4
3.冰糖60g $2.2
4.椰漿200ml $5
5.水650ml

步驟:
1.紅豆先浸一晚後, 用中火煮軟(煮約1小時), 隔水備用

2.大菜絲洗淨再用清水浸半小時

3.大菜絲加入650ml滾水(我用番煮紅豆隔出黎既水)煮溶, 再加入冰糖煮溶
4.加入椰漿, 拌勻後熄火

5.倒入杯仔, 放入冰格先雪2~3分鐘 (目的令大菜糕半凝固, 再落紅豆便不會全部沉底)
6.加入紅豆, 再將杯仔放回雪櫃, 待凝固即成
