2.低筋麵粉70g $1
3.砂糖80g $1
4.核桃60g (整碎) $10
5.入爐朱古力60g $8
6.黑朱古力70g $3.5
7.無鹽牛油55g $4

1.雞蛋+砂糖用打蛋機以中速打發

3.加入核桃碎及入爐朱古力拌勻

4.黑朱古力+牛油坐熱溶化, 然後倒入麵糊中拌勻

賽後檢討:
1.原本個食譜叫"美式布朗尼", 但個質感完全唔似brownie, 所以我都係叫番朱古力蛋糕
2.我覺得味道麻麻, 質感亦一般, 成本亦貴, 應該唔會再跟呢個食譜番整
