2.葱6棵 $1
3.麵粉
4.薑一舊
5.蒜2瓣
6.麻油1茶匙
調味料
1.雞湯1/4杯
2.蠔油1湯匙
3.頭抽1茶匙
4.胡椒粉少許
5.糖少許
6.鹽少許

1.生粉半茶匙
2.水1湯匙
步驟:
1.倒出桶內生蠔瀝去水分
2.加入麵粉輕輕抓勻, 翻出蠔裙, 再加麵粉輕抓使黏潺物質脫出, 逐隻在水下沖淨

3.大火燒開一大鍋水, 放下蠔, 待水再行燒開便全部撈起瀝乾水分

4.薑切幼絲, 蒜頭拍碎, 青葱切段
5.燒熱鑊下2湯匙油, 先爆薑絲, 再下蒜頭, 繼下葱白, 爆至香氣散發便加入蠔, 炒至汁液收乾

6.下調味料, 下芡汁, 翻炒數下
